Central Teachers
Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary
Education, New Delhi .
The candidates passing CTET are eligible for appointment as teachers in schools
of the Central Government (Like Kendriya Vidyalaya, NVS, etc.) and those under
the control of Union Territory of Chandigarh and Andman & Nicobar
Islands.
CTET 2012 was
held on January 29, 2012. In view of the assembly elections, CTET however was
postponed in the states of Manipur, Punjab & Uttarakhand and
Chandigarh/Panchkula/Mohali and the same will now be held on May 5,
2012. The answer key or test paper answers/solutions are normally not provided
by CBSE. However, in case CBSE provides the answer key the same can be downloaded
from CBSE website. The examination question papers can be downloaded from the
CBSE website. The candidates can discuss the questions and answers on this site.
