PUCET 2012 Prospectus / Punjab Common Entrance Test Online Application Form, Syllabus, Model Papers, Roll No, Result, etc.


Panjab University Common Entrance Test 2012 (PUCET) is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2012 (Sunday) in Chandigarh for admission to the following courses in various institutions in Chandigarh / Punjab:
a)     B.A. LL.B and B.Com. LL.B (Hons.) 5 years Integrated Course
b)     B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 5 Years Integrated Course
c)      M.B.B.S.
d)     B.D.S. (subject to the approval of the Government)
e)     B.A.M.S. (subject to the final decision of CWP No. 8697 of 2009 by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court and /or any further orders therein).
f)        B.H.M.S. (subject to the grant of affiliation by the Panjab University)
g)     B. Pharm.
h)      B.Sc. (Hons. School Semester System) in  Anthropology, Geology, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Bio-Physics, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Botany, Mathematics & Computing Physics, Chemistry, Physics & Electronics and Zoology.

The candidates who have passed or appeared in 10+2 examination of CBSE, New Delhi or its equivalent examination of a recognized Board or University or Council are eligible to appear in the PUCET. The candidates who have passed or appeared in 10+2 exam conducted by Mahila Gram Vidyapith, Allahabad are not eligible to appear in the Common Entrance Test, as this institution has been de-recognised by Panjab University. The examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi, included in the booklet of recognised examinations have also been deleted from the Booklet. The candidates can apply online for PUCET 2012 by visiting the website of Punjab University.

The fee payable for PUCET is Rs. 1800 for General Category candidates and Rs. 900 for SC/ST candidates.

The result of the CET-2012 will be available on the Punjab University website at www.results.puchd.ac.in and in the Enquiry Office of the University. Result card can be downloaded from the above website and no separate result card will be issued.

The people aspire to be teachers in government schools in Haryana are eagerly waiting for announcement and latest news of HTET 2020. Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by Board of School Education Haryana to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for appointment as teachers in government schools at different grades. Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board Raipur had earlier issued notifications seeking online applications for 11 entrance examinations proposed to be conducted for admissions in various courses for the academic year 2020-21. The CG entrance examinations proposed to be conducted by CGVYAPAM were - CG PET, PPHT, PPT, Pre MCA, Pre B.ED., Pre D.El. ED., B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed., B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic Nursing and PAT. Considering the disruptions caused by COVID 19 pandemic, all these examinations / entrance tests were cancelled till further orders.
