CPT Form December 2012 Exam (ICAI Online Application)

Common Proficiency Test (popularly known as CA CPT and CA Foundation) December 2012 of ICAI will held in two sessions on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 141 exam centres across the country and overseas centers at Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, Bahrain and Kathmandu. The application forms for CA CPT December 2012 can be submitted both in physical form and through online mode. 
Physical Applications
The candidates who wish to submit CPT Forms in physical mode may obtain the Information Brochure, which also contains the application form, from the Additional Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110 002 on payment of requisite fee (Rs. 1000/- in case of candidates opting for exam centre in India, USD 160/- for candidates opting for exam centres at Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha and Bahrain and Rs. 1350/- for students opting Kathmandu Exam Centre). The duly filled in and completed application forms of CPT should reach the Additional Secretary (Examinations), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110 002 on or before 26.10.2012. The duly filled in Application forms can also be submitted by hand delivery at the offices of ICAI at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Pune on or before 26.10.2012. It may please be noted that there is no provision for acceptance of application form with late fee after the last date. 

CPT Online Application Forms 
The Students may also submit application forms online for CA CPT December 2012 exam. The CA CPT online application forms can be submitted from 08.10.2012 to 26.10.2012 (upto 17.30 hours) at and the students may pay the requisite fee online through VISA/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.

CPT December 2012 Admit Card / Hall Ticket / Permission Letter to be made available online at the relevant web page after completion of the application process. The students will be able to download Admit Card of CPT December 2012 online.
