The process of submission of application forms for the post of assistant teacher is under way in West Bengal (WB). Huge number of vacancies of Primary teachers have been released by W.B. Department of School Education. The application for the post of Assistant Teacher has to be submitted in physical form as there is no option for submission of application through online mode. The applications can be submitted from 16.11.2012 to 30.11.2012. The initial step in the process of recruitment of assistant teachers will be Teacher Eligibility Test (WB TET) which will be held in due course of time. This is a golden opportunity for the candidates who intend to pursue career in the field of education. The vacancies are segregated district wise. Considering the huge no. of vacancies, the chances of appointment as Assistant Teacher in West Bengal are bright.
